Windows 7 with a GTX770 Passtrough refuses to boot after installing Nvidia driver #2

Hello, over the last weeks I tried to almost succefully doing a VGA passtrough with a Nvidia 770, but after installing Nvidia stable or beta drivers, Windows shows a black screen after the initial "glowing" animation and after around 10/20secs the QEMU machine reboots

I have tried with following distros:
-Xubuntu 13.04
-Xubuntu 13.10
-Fedora 19

using 3 versions of QEMU:
-QEMU 1.6 from GIT (Unpatched)
-QEMU 1.6 from GIT (patched with the VGA reset call)
-QEMU 1.5 from your GIT branch vfio-vga-reset
(VGA Reset Patched ones does a working VGA reset)

and Seabios manually compiled from upstream GIT

All QEMU on every distro shows the same problem described, I will attach the debug print that I enabled, I commented out the "vga_write" print lines because that would make booting too slow and crash QEMU sometimes

"name" is freed after visiting options, instead use the first NetClientState
name. Adds a few assert() for clarifying and checking some impossible states.
