Description of changes:

Adding requirements.txt in the source folder in PyPI release.

This code change has followed instruction on https://python-packaging.readthedocs.io/en/latest/non-code-files.html and tested on testPyPI to make sure the requirements.txt is included in the source files.

We plan to release a new version [1.0.3] to PyPI by the end of the week.
