Removes unnecessary updatetargetgroup calls when health check config is the same.
Why not default value in CRD? I would say health check config behavior is pretty complex and dynamic. If you see
getDefaultHealthCheckConfig()function there are a few conditionals on determining the default value, which is not easy to implement on kubebuilder annotations.If an issue # is not available please add repro steps and logs from aws-gateway-controller showing the issue:
