I want to filter running instances with the Launch time and Instance id

I want to filter running instances with the Launch time and Instance id but seems like with the fliters it's bit confusing. Has anyone created any report like this with AWS CLI?

aws --profile dev --region us-west-2 ec2 describe-instances --query 'Reservations[].Instances[][InstanceId,LaunchTime]' --filters "Name=instance-state-name,Values=running"

Thanks for your reply. No, I am looking for the output with the instance name. Currently with this query I get none for example:
|  None|  i-ca**0 | us-east-1a | 2014-07-03T14:20:29.000Z | running    |  ec2-54-|  None|  i- | us-east-1c | 2014-07-03T14:21:39.000Z | running    |  ec2-54-|  None|  i- | us-east-1d | 2014-11-11T17:12:01.000Z | running    | ec2-54-

and If I run this separately I get Instance name for example:
aws --region us-east-1  ec2 describe-instances --query 'Reservations[].Instances[].Tags[?Key==Name].Value[]'

"SCSS-PROD-UE1-B_",
    "SC-PROD-UE1-A_",
    "SC-PROD-UE1-A_",
    "SCSS-PROD-UE1-B_",
   

But the moment I combine I get none in place of instance name.

Basically what I am trying to do is to find out the instance ID, LaunchTime, Instance name, AZ and instance state.

As I have mentioned I want name as well which I get from the below query

How about this? The trick being is that you want to reformat all of the members into a new JSON structure that you can fiddle with:

$ aws ec2 describe-instances --filter "Name=instance-state-name,Values=running" --query 'Reservations[].Instances[].{instanceid: InstanceId, launchtime: LaunchTime, Name: Tags[?Key==`Name`].Value}'
[
    {
        "instanceid": "i-56789", 
        "launchtime": "2014-10-02T16:24:25.000Z", 
        "Name": [
            "bar"
        ]
    }, 
    {
        "instanceid": "i-12345", 
        "launchtime": "2014-11-11T18:12:32.000Z", 
        "Name": [
            "foo"
        ]
    }
]

Then if you do not want all of the made up keys that I added into this new JSON structure, you can do something like this

$ aws ec2 describe-instances --filter "Name=instance-state-name,Values=running" --query 'Reservations[].Instances[].{instanceid: InstanceId, launchtime: LaunchTime, Name: Tags[?Key==`Name`].Value}[].[instanceid, launchtime, Name[0]]'
[
    [
        "i-56789", 
        "2014-10-02T16:24:25.000Z", 
        "bar"
    ], 
    [
        "i-12345", 
        "2014-11-11T18:12:32.000Z",

    ]
]
