Describe the bug
We can't install awscli on Fedora Rawhide(34) due to a requirement on colorama <0.4.4. I've set a workaround, but 0.4.4 seems to work, so <=0.4.4 seems appropriate.

1.18.191

Fedora 34

There's a PR for this already: #5712

We're reviewing the changes to colorama before bumping it.
