fix: use current versions of internal deps in new clients

Description of changes:
use current versions of internal deps in new clients, and also order the dependencies like lerna does.

Testing:

• Verified that existing clients are not updated by running yarn generate-clients
• Verified by working on base commit of chore: generate clients for models added in #1479 #1481, that client-braket uses the current version of internal dependencies.
