OCaml EFL 1.24.0

Moved to version 1.24 of the EFL.

From now on, the minimum required version of the EFL is 1.21 (In particular version 1.8 is no longer supported).

This release should work with any version of the EFL from 1.21 to 1.24.

OCaml EFL 1.22.0 release

Move to version 1.22 of the EFL.

This release should work with any version of the EFL from 1.8 to 1.22.

OCaml EFL 1.19.0

Moved to version 1.19 of the EFL.

Like the previous version, only version 1.8 and higher of the EFL and Elementary are required to build this version of OCaml EFL.
