The current version of Node is 6:

climate-change-lab/docker-compose.yml

Line 8 in 033c161

NODE_VERSION: "6-jessie"

This version reaches its EOL at the end of April. The next LTS release is 8, but that has an early EOL, so we should probably upgrade directly to 10.

I was able to get this running on my host with node 11 on using npm (instead of yarn) to install, possibly related to this issue.
