Fixed

  • Fixed compile warnings for users without Horde installed — ExMCP.ServiceRegistry.Horde now uses apply/3 for all Horde.Registry calls to avoid compile-time "module is not available" warnings when Horde is not in the dependency tree
  • Removed 15 dead test files left over from DSL migration (eliminates ExUnit test_load_filters warning)
