Recalculate scrollbar position if scrolled element changes dimension #21

If the element which has the scroll handles changes its size, the scroll bar does not adjust to this new position.
If one uses the example that comes with the tar.gz, one can try this:

$('#overscroll').width('600');

and we can see that the scrollbar stays at the same position instead of staying near the right border.
it should be a matter of recalculating the position before showing the drag element. I havent' looked deeply at the src, though.

This should be fixed in 1.4.4 by calling overscroll on the element again, essentially recalculating the thumb width

Works but the dragging event gets duplicated because it's not removed by calling overscroll again.
