Hornbill Log Change Request - Azure Automation Powershell Workflow Runbook

This is an Azure Automation Powershell Workflow Runbook which will Log a new Change Request within Service Manager on a Hornbill instance.
** REQUIRED**
Requires the HornbillAPI and HornbillHelpers modules to be installed against your Azure Automation Account. These can be installed via the PowershellGallery:
