If JSON parsing becomes a performance bottle neck, we can readd it.

TF proxies and throttlers are better served outside of rosbridge. Dgossow and jkammerl are working on better alternatives.
For roswww, an Apache or Nginx server should suffice. Rosclients is outdated and better off using the ros.js repo: https://github.com/robotwebtools/rosjs
