Babel Loader Missing Support For Angular Injection #9445

I am trying to Babel-Loader to Compile TypeScript for Angular. However, I tried to inject Service into Angular Component.

It throw below exception

Uncaught Error: Can't resolve all parameters for e: (?).

    at e.getNonNormalizedDirectiveMetadata (output.js:1212)

    at e.getNgModuleMetadata (output.js:1212)
    at e._loadModules (output.js:1472)
    at e._compileModuleAndComponents (output.js:1472)

But I tried to use ts-loader. It does not have any problems.

The below is my .babelrc
