The
rewriteBindingInitVisitoris used in module transform helper to injectexportsstatement after ExportDeclaration. Since ExportDeclaration is only allowed in top-level scope, it should skip when it visits a scopable node. Therefore theFunctionandClassPropertyvisitor should be replaced byScopevisitor.This issue impacts all module related transforms.
