I have used virtualenvwrapper in Ubuntu to manager my python packages. I want to used virtualenvwrapper in the Windows Platform, too.
I was able to use it pretty easily. I purged my old cygwin install and python install. Then did everything through babun. Install pip using get-pip.py. Then pip install virtualenv virtualenvwrapper through babun. You should be able to source the virtualenvwrapper.sh and everything should work as is.
pip install virtualenv virtualenvwrapper
@kesco I followed most of the instructions here (other than getting the latest setuptools from PyPi. http://atbrox.com/2009/09/21/how-to-get-pipvirtualenvfabric-working-on-cygwin/
