howManyPer() shouldn’t call pager() #153

howManyPer: function ( count ) {
if( count !== undefined ){
this.currentPage = this.firstPage;
this.perPage = count;
this.pager();
}
}

This shouldn’t call pager().
Instead, let me call pager after I set various other options in Paginator, items per page being just one of them.
I’m also calling pager(variousOptions), not just pager().

Yes, It should not call fetch operation.
In this case there is no way to set perpage(howManyPer) and page(goTo) at the same time.
