Feature Suggestion

As a user of Azure Repos I'd like to be able to see Pull Requests when I'm looking at an Entity in the Catalog

Possible Implementation

Add a table to view Azure Repos Pull Requests, this could look a lot like the Git Hub Pull Requests plugin

Context

Being able to see Pull Requests will help out teams stay on top of things and surface this information to the boarder user base

The backend changes to support this were done in #7532 and the front end changes are waiting to be reviewed, approved and merged in PR #7852

@abhith and @jvilimek I think you were both interested in this feature based on your 👍 in #598, if that's right then this will help you track progress on this

With #7852 now merged in and part of the last release - release-2021-11-18 - the ability to view Azure Repos Pull Requests from an Entity is now available. Instruction for setting this up can be found in the Azure DevOps plugin README
