First stable release

• Change the file extension used for the scopes list from shss to SyntaxScopes
• Change the name of scope from source.shss to source.syntax-scopes
• Add menus/commands to open sample(SyntaxScopes file) with the list of scopes
• Add two new important sections Installation and Usage to the README.md
