Prime tower enhancement when using PLA as support interface layer for PETG print objects #4204

Description

Using PLA as interface layer in supports for PETG objects works OK if flushing volume is sufficient.

It is vital that the PETG layer below the PLA layer is solid. This can be achieved in most cases by slicer settings.
Hence: The PLA must not be allowed to bridge over PETG.

Currently, since the prime tower uses bridging, the PETG layer beneath the PLA layer may not be a solid layer.
This is a problem, since the prime tower can get messy and the nozzle can get filament buildup.

If the prime tower can be set to have a single (or two perhaps) solid PETG layer(s) before the PLA layer is placed, this problem can be solved.

I'm not sure if this is easy to implement...
