Support interface pattern Rectilinear not working correctly

How to reproduce

When using support with interface pattern of Rectilinear the top interface layer is not the same direction as the other interface layers as expected. It looks like it is basically Rectilinear Interlaced.

If you change the Pattern Angle to 45 it behaves as expected with all layers of the support interface printed in the same direction.

Actual results

With interface pattern set to Rectilinear and Interface angle set to 0 the top interface layer is printed rotated 90 degrees from the previous interface layers.

Expected results

When interface pattern is set to Rectilinear all interface layers should be printed in the same direction.

@tangketan Has this issue been fixed? I have the same issue in the latest 1.9.7.52 except changing the angle from 0 to 45 does not stop rectilinear interlaced from being used.

In my instance, both rectilinear and rectilinear interlaced both only behave like rectilinear. As noted above, changing angle from 0 to 45 does not change the behaviour. version 1.10.1.50

Edit: this seems to be related to support type. with tree supports (manual or automatic), the options behave as expected, but with normal supports (manual or automatic), neither option is interlaced. A work around seems to be to choose "snug" support. With snug support chosen, the pattern seems to work correctly.
