preserve org-mode priority cookie? #15

After calling org-jira-get-issues, I would like to assign a priority for each issue in its org buffer.

The problem: when I call org-get-jira-issues again, my priority settings are removed when each headline is built anew from the info from the jira server.

Would it be possible for org-jira-get-issues (and friends) to preserve an issue's priority cookie?

Yes, I think it could be done and is nice to have. Currently there is
already a priority property in org-jira which can be major/minor/trivial
or something like that.

We just need to extract that Jira priority and put it into org priority
cookie (such as Major -> [#A]). Another thing to consider is how to sync
them if there is difference between the two.
