  1. Create summary tasks Task1 and Task2 and child tasks Task1.1 and Task2.1
  2. Create a FS-dependency from Task1 to Task2
  3. Make Task1.1 longer. Task1 becomes longer and Task2 moves forward as expected
  4. Make Task1.1 shorter. Expected that Task2 moves backward, actual: it stays on its place.

Everything works as expected if dependency goes from Task1 to Task2.1
