  1. Create two new tasks T1 and T2
  2. Open T2 properties and enable Earliest begin constraint. It takes the value of the curent begin date which is okay. Close Task Properties dialog
  3. Create a dependency T1->T2 (T2 is successor). T2 moves forward -- ok
  4. Remove the dependency using toolbar button. T2 moves backward to the earliest begin date -- ok
  5. Create a dependency T1->T2 again and open T2 properties.

Expected: earliest begin stays the same as it was set at step 2
Actual: it takes the value of the current begin date. If the dialog is closed now using OK then earliest begin is actually changed and thus loses its intended meaning.
