BatmanJS looks awesome, but there's no mention of testing BatmanJS apps themselves. Since this gem is already suggesting a structure for these apps relative to a Rails app, it should also include a test directory alongside the models/controllers/helpers directories. Also, creation of a Cakefile with a test task should be generated at the root of the Rails app so that developers can simply run
to run all of the tests located in the aforementioned test directory with some kind of sensible pass/fail output.
Providing a test framework skeleton out of the box would encourage people to write tests for their code, which is something that anyone writing CoffeeScript with BatmanJS should be doing.
I've started testing with jasmine-gem. It would be useful to have some patterns to follow for testing applications though.
