Get the plugin:

  1. Open Anki
  2. Click “File” → “Download” → “Shared Plugin”
  3. Find the Pinyin Toolkit in the list and download it
  4. Restart Anki to enable the plugin
    • There may be a short wait here while the database is built for the first time

Get the example deck:

  1. Click “File” → “Download” → “Shared Deck” and find the Pinyin Toolkit simple or advanced example deck

Get the sounds:

  1. Click “Settings” → “Pinyin Toolkit Preferences”
  2. Go to the audio tab
  3. Click the button to “Install Mandarin Sounds Pack”

Finally, edit your cards and start studying!
