Init script broken on ubuntu (regression) #14

The current version of the init script template has reverted back from /bin/bash to /bin/sh as interpreter. This is broken on Ubuntu, where /bin/sh is not a symlink to /bin/bash. Since the script contains bashism (such as the use of [[) it should be explicitly using /bin/bash as interpreter, as proposed (and merged) in #7.
