Remove Sony Playstation Config files #16

Unfortunately Sony PS3 have stated that access to their APIs is only possible via agreement with their NDA. Whilst the config itself makes no reference to the API, there is no point us leaving the PS3 configs in this folder. Please remove both PS3 files.
