DISCVR-Seq is an extension to LabKey Server, and having some familiarity with LabKey is a big help. Because instructions for the initial setup and download closely mirror DISCVR, please refer to this page

Once the modules are installed, you will also need to configure your server and install external tools. To view instructions, go to your site's Admin Console, click the 'DISCVR Admin' link, and then click DISCVR-Seq Admin. This page includes more detailed instructions on setting up the LabKey pipeline, and links to scripts to help install required third party tools, like sequence aligners.
