Fixed broken links to documentation

Same as this here:
I don't think we need this though. Sooner or later EllisLab will not own CI. And the links will be wrong again...
which brings up the question, is the 3-dev user guide hosted somewhere? @narfbg maybe host them on github pages?
@GDmac I don't want to sound rude, but I've got higher priorities than setting up a half-official build of the v3 docs and it's not like the sources aren't usable as plain-text documentation. :) It's not worth the effort, especially considering that it would probably take me as much time to finish what's left for the release.
I agree that it shouldn't take time away from commits. I bring this up, because the strength of CodeIgniter is its good documentation. The current rst format, allthough it is rendered by github, is a bit awkward to navigate. There are some tools to create html gh-pages from the sphinx docs.
I have a copy online for my personal use, but I don't update it regularly, unless there was some vital additions over here or I have extra time.
I have hosted it on github too, http://aanbar.github.io
I'm late on this discussion, but I do have a regularly updated copy of the docs up at http://ci3docs.cibonfire.com/. Working on getting it to actually run nightly, but my launchd agent I've put together on my Mac is giving me some issues and not currently working. I'll get it though.
