Dissolved organic matter photochemical degradation model
This repository contains the Dissolved Organic Matter Photochemical Degradation model for
use in MATLAB version R2018a. To run the model, open the DOM-PD.m file with MATLAB in the same directory as the
wqm_kei_photoDEG_v8.csv and Incubation_data_v8.mat files. Make sure the model_statistics.m file is also in the current MATLAB path.
