If the index is rebuilt, the mapping between index ids and store ids needs to be maintained in both directions: one way for search results to work, the other way for modifying labels.
Sup did not make this distinction, but Heliotrope will sort out which belong in which category.
This makes heliotrope-reindex --reorder actually work.
The latter was returning nil on some systems. Sigh.

I bothered to demangle but forgot to actually use it. Important because iconv doesn't recognize e.g. "utf8", only "utf-8", and so conversions from "utf8" to "utf-8" were rendering garbage.
