• Bump phoenix_kit lockfile from 1.7.103 → 1.7.105. The new release ships PhoenixKit.Migration.ensure_current/2, which test/test_helper.exs adopted in PR #14 as the re-runnable replacement for Ecto.Migrator.run([{0, PhoenixKit.Migration}], :up, all: true). No production code path changed — test-suite-only impact.
• test/test_helper.exs — replaced a broken dev_docs/migration_cleanup.md doc pointer with a reference to the upstream PhoenixKit.Migration.ensure_current/2 docstring (PR #14 review nit N1).
