  1. Check the fix for Safari on or after 9.1.1

  2. Run Compatibility Updates

  3. Run Check for Updates

  4. Check System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy (tab) -> Accessibility (list option) for Permissions for the app.

  5. The app is installed in /Applications/ folder or /Users/yourusername/Applications/

  6. Make a ticket (after checking for an existing issue) with the following:

    • A simple title < 10 words.
    • A short description of the issue.
    • Your versions (OSX, BeardedSpice, Chrome/Safari).
    • Verify #1-5 haven't resolved the problem.
    • Any screenshots or other helpful information, including steps to reproduce the issue.
