for Permissions for the app. -
The app is installed in
/Applications/
folder or/Users/yourusername/Applications/

Make a ticket (after checking for an existing issue) with the following:
- A simple title < 10 words.
- A short description of the issue.
- Your versions (OSX, BeardedSpice, Chrome/Safari).
- Verify #1-5 haven't resolved the problem.
- Any screenshots or other helpful information, including steps to reproduce the issue.
