This works well if you create the file from a wiki link, as described. But if you create a new file by right-clicking and taking 'New note', or by Cmd-N (presumably Ctrl-N on Windows), then the file is called Untitled.md, with the cursor in the name field so you can change it.

But at that point the title in the file has already been set to # Untitled, and it doesn't change. It would be great if it could be made to automatically change with the filename, or not be set until the filename is set.
