i-bem: short way of declaration fails if i-bem__dom_elem-instances included #479

If i-bem__dom_elem-instances included, then inheritance of block from itself works incorrect:

var A = BEMDOM.decl('a');
A.decl({ someMethod: function() {} });

typeof A.prototype.someMethod // 'undefined' but should be 'function'
