Added Quicktime module to getID3 in order to process some m4a files. #19

It looks like some m4a files as produced by iTunes are tagged in such a way that they require the audio-video-quicktime module from inside getID3, I've seen this locally, and found the solution on the getID3 forums, which I've applied locally and tested:

I've added this file in this commit - the caveat being that it takes slightly longer to process m4a files than previously - though the results are more guaranteed to be complete. I've obviously used the merged file from the official getID3 release branch rather than the one attached to that thread.
