rgrowth

Post-disturbance regrowth monitoring using Landsat Time Series (LTS).

bfastSpatial is required for rgrowth. Both can be installed using devtools:

library(devtools)
install_github('dutri001/bfastSpatial')
install_github('bendv/rgrowth')
library(rgrowth)
