Upon running this I get the following error

gunicorn -k egg:gunicorn#tornado tornadoapp:app

Error: class uri 'egg:gunicorn#tornado' invalid or not found:

[Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pkg_resources.py", line 351, in load_entry_point
    return get_distribution(dist).load_entry_point(group, name)

    raise ImportError("Entry point %r not found" % ((group,name),))

I'm running latest ubuntu, python 2.7 and i've installed tornado and gunicorn using pip.

I can't reproduce it (just tried in a clean virtualenv). Which version of gunicorn are you using?

@thestick613 just reread your initial ticket. There is an error in the way you're using the tornado worker. It should be:

 $ gunicorn -k tornado tornadoapp:app

From where is coming the egg line?

Also there is no way to retrieve the enabled worker yet.

@thestick613 thanks. I fixed the example. Did the command line I gave worked for you?
