Disabled Hallo still listens for click events #23

When Hallo has been enabled, and later disabled, it still listens for events on the element. This causes errors:

Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMHTMLDocument.queryCommandState]
[Break On This Error] if (document.queryCommandState(format)) {
