This project is aimed at providing a real time navigation assistant for the visually impaired which is currently being built to be able to detect sidewalks, crosswalks, and traffic light in a solution that will be combined with Google Maps navigation to provide a solution for visually impaired.
This repository only contains vision code worked on by berkott.
To try crosswalk, sidewalk, pedestrian traffic light, or obstacle detection, simply run one of the live[DETECTION].py files. All the test data is stored in the data folder.
