Fixes #9846

Fixes an issue with a bad or not connected RX line to the GPS.
Possibly the cause of this issue: #9846

Flashed RC3 BF would not recognize gps, reflashed RC2 gps recognized. M8N & Mini8.

Tried changing config and all typical gps related checks with no luck. Gps not recognized.

@240Gordy if you are setting it up as UBLOX, have not configured it with u-center and is not working, can you try setting NMEA and auto-baud ON? Let me know if that makes a difference
@marekwiecek Have you configured the gps with u-center? Otherwise disabling auto-config won't work after power loss

@TonyBlit the gps units I tried were working in other quads. I did not configure them in Ucenter. I tried changing configuration of gps with no luck. Reflashing to RC2 was a last ditch effort to check gps, and it worked.

@240Gordy afaik, BF code for NMEA has not been changed for years, the only trick to make it work is to configure the port at 9600baud or use auto-baud, so it's very strange that you can't make it work on any particular version of BF.

@TonyBlit no, the gps works fine in every version but RC3.
