Two bugs spotted, neither of which is severe enough for me to disable the plugin:

1. Sometimes (often) creepers are spawning charged even when it's not a Blood Moon.
2. Skeletons sometimes spawn without a weapon, and they behave like zombies when this happens (except they don't swarm). This also happens whether it's a Blood Moon or not, but it happens a lot more when it is.
