  1. Created new performance counter. It effects the

    output slightly but is useful for analysis.
    
    I think I need to setup a more detail threading
    system.  Will use a thread pool for work.

  2. Minor tweak, still not sure about the shadow,

    collision bug.  Looks like the normalize fix is
    working correctlly.
    
    Need to add an input handler singleton and interace.
    Can make the camera connected to input.

  3. Updated normalize function, uses sqrt. Old normalize is a

    fast version.  Added more cases to unit test for vector.
    So far found nothing wrong with the vec4 results..
    
    Some minor accuracy isses with sqrt, but that is at the
    0.00001 level..  should not cause much if any error..

  2. Created a threaded rendering system

    There are now 2 images, a front and back buffer.  The ray-tracer
    rendering runs in a separate thread from the openGL rendering thread.
    The openGL thread is set to update at only 30 fps, in window mode it
    runs at the OS refresh rate (60).  This separation gives more CPU
    allowance to the ray-tracer system.  It also keeps the UI from locking
    up.  This way only the world updates are slowed.  Reported frame rate
    is based on the ray-tracer speed since we don't care about GL any more.
