Currently, the deskshare rely on info from flash client if it needs to
tunnel or not. However, this information is different since the flash
client detects if the RTPM (1935) port is open or not while the deskshare
app uses a different port (9123).

The deskshare applet should test if it can connect to port 9123 and if not
it should fall back to tunneling.
