Deskshare applet should test port to check if it should tunnel #905

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 150

Currently, the deskshare rely on info from flash client if it needs to 
tunnel or not. However, this information is different since the flash 
client detects if the RTPM (1935) port is open or not while the deskshare 
app uses a different port (9123).

The deskshare applet should test if it can connect to port 9123 and if not 
it should fall back to tunneling.
