What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect using desktop sharing
2. Restart the server red5 server
3. Try to reconnect using desktop sharing
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to reconnect.
Instead, the desktop sharing applet will throw an exception.
Need to modify the red5 init.d script to wait until any bindings to port
9123 are dropped.
