Lost mo hooks after username change

Hi @Marak,

it seems my hooks dissapeared after I swapped my username from reimertz to r. I then tried to change to reimertz2 because I couldn't change back to reimertz..

reimertz2 has the links to my hooks, but I get errors if I try to edit them. :(

Ohh yeah? I bet it's the cache, or something worse.

We can probably find them and get them back.

The entire system for account renames is open-source.

If you have the time to make an improvement to fix this issue moving
forward please open a pull request.
