[ADAM-1058] Add support for -single across all Feature formats.
Resolves #1058. Added `asSingleFile` to all legacy Feature format save methods
in `org.bdgenomics.adam.rdd.features.FeatureRDD`. Renamed `Features2ADAM` to
`TransformFeatures` and added the `-single` option, as well as the ability to
export back to legacy feature formats.
