Different nodes for runner and scaffold.

This could be done by having the runner set an environment variable so that the node used from a /usr/bin/env shebang line changes, or else you could specify a node as an argument. You would return to Timezone and run on the ancients. This is currently commented out in the .travis.yml. Also, Cadence.
