  • removed CONVENIENCE FEATURES details from the plugins, and pointed
    users to the Dancer::Database::Core::Handle POD
  • updated Copyright years
  • added LICENSE section to Dancer::Plugin::Database::Core::Handle

Hey David, this PR is part of the CPAN PR challenge. I could not find the time to set up the infrastructure to install and test this software, so I focused on issue #43 (Remove handler documentation), and a couple of other small POD issues.
