  1. Use EU::MM, not Module::Build.

    Yes, choosing EU::MM over Module::Build probably makes Baby Jesus cry, but when
    it comes to preparing releases, I know EU::MM well enough to JFDI, whereas I'm
    not very familiar with M::B.
    One day soon, I'll sit down with Dist::Zilla, learn to love it, and let it take
    care of lots of stuff for me.
    Until that day, EU::MM works.
  2. Preparing to release 0.11.

  3. Recognise the =encoding POD directive.

    TODO: actually take heed of it. At least now, we don't crash when we see it,
    and we rememeber the encoding given, so that we can do something with it later.
  4. META.yml is generated upon packaging.

    No point keeping it in the repo.

  1. Importing Pod::Readme 0.09 from CPAN.

    I've taken over maintainership of this module from Robert, so getting it under
    version control here on Github so I can start addressing some of the RT tickets.
Something went wrong with that request. Please try again.
